Mixvoip has renewed its partnership with LuxProvide, the operator of Luxembourg’s national supercomputer MeluXina, for another year. The collaboration supports Mixvoip’s ambition to develop secure, compliant, and sovereign artificial intelligence capabilities for business communications.
Through this renewed agreement, Mixvoip will continue to leverage high-performance computing resources to transform internally developed AI capabilities into scalable services for enterprise customers.
“Renewing our access to MeluXina is a strategic decision,” said Loïc Didelot, CEO of Mixvoip. “It allows us to innovate with AI while keeping full control over where data is processed and stored, a non-negotiable requirement for our customers and for us.”
From internal AI tools to enterprise-ready services
Over the past year, Mixvoip has used MeluXina’s computing capabilities to support internally developed AI processes such as call transcription, summarisation and sentiment analysis.
The next phase of the collaboration focuses on industrialising these capabilities and making them available as reliable, production-grade services for the B2B market.
“Turning internal AI workflows into robust services requires performance, consistency, and strong governance,” explained Marco L. Abreu, Product Owner of Voxbi, Mixvoip’s internally developed cloud telephony platform. “This is particularly critical when handling customer data as well as their customers’ data.”
Sovereign and responsible AI
Data protection, security and ethical AI development remain central to the partnership. By relying on MeluXina, Mixvoip ensures that AI models are developed and operated within a trusted European infrastructure, aligned with GDPR requirements and industry regulations.
“Our collaboration with Mixvoip demonstrates how national supercomputing infrastructure can enable responsible AI innovation for real business use cases,” said Dr. Farouk Mansouri, Senior Solution Engineer at LuxProvide.
The partnership also allows Mixvoip to avoid dependence on non-European hyperscalers for sensitive AI workloads, reinforcing its commitment to data sovereignty and transparency.
With this renewed collaboration, Mixvoip confirms its ambition to deliver AI-powered communications and analytics services that combine performance, transparency, and security for enterprise adoption.
