Telecom Luxembourg International acquires SD1 Telecom

Telecom Luxembourg International “TLI”, a telecom operator and provider of connectivity services in Europe, announces that it has agreed to acquire SD1 Telecom “SD1”, a Belgian telecom operator with a Dutch presence, provider of managed Internet and network services. This acquisition strengthens TLI’s position in Belgium and in providing Internet and Connectivity services to its enterprise customer base and service provider partner community.
With the COVID-19 pandemic enterprises are accelerating their digital transformations following the emergency needs to get their networks secured and ready-to-use for remote working. The combination of SD1’s network with TLI’s capabilities is set to create a greater synergy for our businesses and clients.

This acquisition reinforces TLI as a strong player in the Benelux region, that contributes to the expand of its global data infrastructure with more DC Pop’s coverage in Europe.
