TNT Symposium: The Great Reset Conference

Techsense team I 8:41 am, 28th October

On November 24 at ECCL, TNT Symposium will bring together Technology, Innovation and Digital decision-makers for an explosive evening!

The first edition of TNT Symposium, organized by TechSense on Novembre 24, 2021 at the European Convention Center Luxembourg promises an explosion of emotions to those who long to gather anew in a friendly and convivial atmosphere. The event will feature a detonative conference, a brain-blasting show, an explosive cocktail, and a dinner that will trigger an explosion of flavors!

Resetting the Machine

The TNT Symposium event will also be an opportunity for participants to question the state of the world and ponder over ways and means of being humanly and practically involved in building a new model of development, both internationally and at home.

Now is the time to reset the environmental, societal, and economic machine, the time to trigger The Great Reset!

Dozens of nations around the world face critical climate risks. Most of them also owe astounding amounts of money to various foreign lenders. And now, with the Covid-19 pandemic undermining their economies, there is a growing consensus that they lack the resources to meet the immediate needs of their people, not to mention the investments required to protect them from climate disasters.

Closer to us, several European countries were affected by severe floods last summer. Some were catastrophic, causing deaths and widespread damage. At least 242 people have died in the floods, including 196 in Germany and 42 in Belgium. In addition to the confirmed fatalities, the flooding led to widespread power outages, forced evacuations and damage to infrastructure and agriculture in the affected areas. The damage to infrastructure was especially severe in Belgium and Germany.

The combination of environmental degradation, climate change and debt "represents a systemic risk to the global economy that may trigger a cycle that depresses revenues, increases spending and exacerbates climate and nature vulnerabilities", according to a new assessment by the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund1.

The Covid-19 crisis, and the political, economic and social disruptions it has caused, is fundamentally changing the traditional context for decision-making. The inconsistencies, inadequacies and contradictions of multiple systems – from health and finance to energy and education – are more exposed than ever in a global context of concern for lives, livelihoods and the planet.

As we enter a unique window of opportunity to reshape the way we see the future, our initiative aims to offer insights to help inform those determining the direction of national economies, the priorities of societies, the nature of business models and the management of common goods.

Now is the time to Tackle New Tech, to deal with technological issues in another way, approach them from a new angle!

To support our initiative, we invited two prominent speakers:

In his opening speech, Peter Sondergaard will address digitalization as a means of achieving a Great Reset ... a lecture specially created for the audience of TNT Symposium.

Peter Sondergaard was executive vice president and member of Gartner’s operating committee for 15 years. He transformed the company’s Research & Advisory organization through multiple acquisitions. Prior to his global position, Peter Sondergaard led Gartner Research in Europe following roles of increasing seniority at International Data Corporation and Scandinavian Airlines System.

Peter Sondergaard is a sought-after keynote speaker and industry thought-leader, quoted frequently in the New York Times, Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, Economist and CNBC. He covers topics such as the evolution of digital business, the impact of emerging technologies, artificial intelligence and the technology’s impact on talent and work.

In addition to speaking he also facilitates panels and has interviewed many executives such as Bill Gates, Steve Wozniak and Michael Dell.

Peter Sondergaard holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and is fluent in six languages. He founded The Sondergaard Group and now runs his own Executive Advisory business. Additionally he is chairman of the board for 2012.ai, an artificial intelligence platform company, and advisor to numerous software companies and large corporations around the world.
