Ananda has a Business Administration degree from ESSEC (France) and Concordia University (Canada), a Master’s degree from Université Paris Dauphine (France) and a certification on Financial Technologies and Cryptocurrencies from INSEAD. ​

Ananda moved to Luxembourg in 2006 to join PwC, where she contributed to financial center studies and advisory projects as a consultant. She then joined ING, where she took different roles, including management position, in a variety of areas such as strategy, digital transformation, data analytics, product management, corporate payments and cash management.​

She joined the ABBL in August 2020 as Head of Innovation, Digital and Payments to support members in their digital transformation and to contribute in making Luxembourg a center of excellence in payments by supporting innovations in the payments ecosystem.​

Ananda represents ABBL as a Board member at EPC (European Payments Council) and as a member of the Digital Strategy Group and Expert team on Digital Euro at EBF (European Banking Federation).​
