My name is Nataliia Iskra, and I am Head of Security IT at Clearstream Deutsche Boerse Group which is international exchange organisation and innovative market infrastructure provider.  

My great passion is innovations and technologies which are bringing new horizons and opportunities for professionals in all industries. In the leading role of IT Security area, it’s my job to support the strong business processes of the Group by delivering high quality, reliable security services. In my previous role as Head of Billing Clearstream I was responsible for all the company’s charges, invoices and billing operations including end-to-end O2C process. For more than 10 years, I’ve been learning the insides of Leadership role, what it is, how to be better at it, how to help others and to bring my best to the colleagues and Group.  

I possess a "Master of Science in Banking and Finance" from the University of Luxembourg. In 2018, I obtained the Master of Business Administration at the Luxembourg Business School. Last year I successfully completed Harvard University course “Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age”. 

Through I’m best known for finance and IT Security areas, my interests have always varied. I’ve founded several companies with successful business case and collaborated on various areas from jewelry to solar industry.
